I offer services on a self-pay basis and currently charge $140 per session (50 min).  I accept cash, checks, or credit cards ($5 service fee for this option) and payment is generally due at the time of session.

In order to provide services that are dictated by collaboration between my clients and myself rather than by the client’s insurance company, I do not currently accept insurance.  However, I can gladly provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance after-the-fact for potential reimbursement for services. It is generally up to each insurance company based on your benefits if they will reimburse and for how much, so it is always a good idea to check with your insurance company ahead of time if you want to use a superbill in order to see if/what they reimburse so there are no surprises there.

If therapy begins to become a financial hardship for you or you cannot afford the full fee, please do have a conversation with me about it so we can look at potential options; I do offer a limited number of sliding-scale slots in my practice and believe counseling should be accessible and not an adversity.
